"A few things were missing, but it was fine"
I remember finding a couple things I liked, but of course the sizes I actually wanted weren’t there. I don’t really remember all the details, just that it was a little annoying in the moment. Still, it wasn’t a bad experience overall.

"Wrong items in my order"
and I was disappointed with my first order. I ordered two shirts, but the ones that showed up were completely different colors and sizes from what I picked. I contacted support and they asked me to send photos, which I did, but then I never heard anything back. it was just frustrating

At first I thought the fabric would be soft and comfortable, but after using it for a while it started feeling rough and scratchy. i feel a bit misled because it didn’t end up being as comfy as it seemed.

"First impression was honestly disappointing"
When I first opened the package, I immediately felt like it didn’t match what I saw on liamandcompany.com. The photos made it look much nicer and the color looked different online. In person, it was dull, kind of cheap-looking, and the fit and little details just felt off. Based on that first impression alone, I knew I probably wouldn’t have ordered it if the pictures had been more accurate...

"Works fine, but the design feels messy"
The site does what it’s supposed to do, but the overall look feels dated. Some pages are crowded, the colors don’t really go together, and I kept feeling like I had to explain the same basic design issues over and over. I was expecting something cleaner and more put together, but it just comes off a bit thrown together.

"Pretty solid for the price"
I ordered from liamandcompany.com i’m happy with it. The price was fair, and the item feels a bit nicer than I expected for what I paid, always a nice surprise. Shipping did take a little longer than I was hoping, but it wasn’t a huge deal. I’d probably order again if I came across another good deal, because why not?

"Packaging could’ve been a lot better"
My order did show up on time, so that part was fine, but the packaging was disappointing. The box was bent up, and the item inside barely had any padding around it. Luckily nothing was damaged, but it just felt careless to me. Overall, I expected better and probably wouldn’t feel great ordering something fragile from them...

"Felt like my order just sat there"
I ordered from liamandcompany.com expecting it to show up in a reasonable amount of time, but the shipping was way slower than it should’ve been. The tracking updates didn’t really explain much, which kind of made it feel like nobody was in any rush to get it moving. By the time it finally arrived, I didn’t even really need it anymore. Frustrating experience overall.

"Holding up better than I expected"
I bought this last year, and it’s still in great shape. Compared to similar stuff I’ve had before, it hasn’t started looking worn out and nothing has come loose. Happy with how well it’s held up

"Not what was advertised"
I ordered from liamandcompany.com what showed up didn’t really match the description. The photos made it look a lot nicer than it actually was, and the size and material felt different from what was listed. I waited for it to arrive, so it was frustrating to open it and feel like I got something else. I also tried reaching out and never got any follow-up, which made the whole experience even more annoying.

"Cute styles, but double-check the sizing"
I’ve ordered from Liam & Company a couple of times now, the sizing has been a little hit or miss for me.
One small top fit loose, but another small was tight in the arms. I had the same kind of thing happen with a dress that looked like it would be just right but ended up running bigger than I expected.
The clothes are definitely cute, so I’m not saying don’t order, but I’d suggest checking reviews, measurements, and maybe ordering two sizes if you’re between sizes. Returns have been fine, but it does get frustrating when you feel like you’re guessing every time

"Return worked out, just took longer than I expected"
I ended up having to return a dress I ordered from liamandcompany.com because the sizing didn’t really work for me. It wasn’t wildly off or anything, but it was enough that I knew I wouldn’t actually wear it, so I figured exchanging it made more sense than keeping it and regretting it later. The return process itself wasn’t super complicated once I figured out the steps, but I did have to wait around for responses, which made the whole thing feel a little slower than it probably needed to be.
The exchange did eventually go through, and I got the right size in the end, so overall it worked out fine. I’m happy I didn’t just give up on it because the dress fits much better now, but I do wish the communication had been quicker and a little more clear from the start. Not a terrible experience, just one of those things where you’re checking your email more than you want to because you’re not totally sure what’s happening next

"Showed up like it was supposed to"
I was just really glad this went smoothly. My order arrived when they said it would, and the tracking was simple enough to keep an eye on. No weird delays, no chasing anything down, no getting that annoying feeling of not knowing where your stuff is. It was a straightforward experience, but in a good way. The delivery felt reliable, and that was the main thing I cared about
